Role:  Commercial (Sales)  Operations Manager

Location;  Stansted

Hours:  Part time 20 hours per week / option of full time 37.5 hours per week

Salary:  Negotiable

 

The Role:

This role is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's sales processes. This role focuses on optimising sales strategies, analysing lead generation sources, and implementing automated, standardized processes to enhance overall sales performance. By ensuring contract compliance and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration, the role plays a critical part in improving ROI, customer targeting, and the seamless integration of commercial processes. This position aims to support the sales team in achieving their goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

 Accountabilities

Sales Process Management and Enhancement:

  • Oversee and refine the company's sales processes to ensure compliance to drive increased sales performance and revenue growth.

  • Identify, analyse, and capitalise on successful sales lead sources to enhance return on investment (ROI), enabling data-driven decisions and improved customer targeting strategies.

  • Automating and standardising processes leading to optimisation, process improvement fixing areas of inefficiency.

 

Lead Generation and Analysis:

  • Manage the identification and analysis of sales lead sources to understand their origin and effectiveness optimising ROI and informing better decision-making processes.

 

Commercial Process Optimisation:

  • Fully understand the commercial processes within the company and continuously work to improve them.

 

Contract Compliance and Due Diligence:

  • Ensure all contracts comply with company standards and legal requirements.

  • Maintaining due diligence on every contract issued, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage the KYC process

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation of sales processes and strategies.

  • Maintain awareness between the different departments and processes, ensuring they remain interconnected to promote overall efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales processes, providing regular reports and insights to the Senior Leadership team.

  • Use data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of sales operations.
