Role: B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Location: Biggin Hill Airport
Shift: 7 on 7 off shift pattern.
Applicants must provide proof of recency and demonstrate the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is considered.
Qualifications:
Successful applicants will have at least one of the following UK CAA Part 66 License type ratings:
AW109
AW139
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/Head of Department.
- Certify work within the scope of company authorisations.
- Carry out both line and base maintenance at any customer facilities and off-site upon customer demand.
- Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance.
- Work with other Castle Air Departments to ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Closely supervise other engineering and support staff as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry requirements and authorities (such as the CAA, EASA, etc.).
- Comply with all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to company policies and reporting authority.
- Effectively manage all maintenance within your control.
- Be computer literate on Microsoft-based systems
