Role: Engineering Administrator

Whilst operating within a wider team this position holds accountability for ensuring the administration support requirements of the Heathrow and Dusseldorf Line Stations are met. The wider element of this role is supporting your colleagues during holidays and other absence.
Job Accountabilities
To Provide full administrative support for Engineering which includes but not limited to;
Process Airport Access Pass Applications
Assist in arranging CRC’s and GSAT for airport pass applications
Arrange initial and annual Airside Driver Permit (ADP) applications
Arrange Night Worker & ADP Medicals
Coordinate the booking of Hearing Tests
Arrange requested First Aid and Fire Training for Line Station staff
Raise Purchase Requisitions
Administer staff line station car parking applications and renewals
Onboarding administration for New Starters
Booking Flights, Hotels and Hire Cars
Ensure MOT’s and Road Tax are up to date for company vehicles
Processing Uniform Orders
Ensure databases are kept up to date
Population and management of the flight schedule.
Management of on station CE
Procurement of CE
P/load management
Liaise with suppliers to ensure best available prices are achieved
Cross cover with colleague counterparts during annual leave periods
Accomplishment of such other tasks required by Station Manager/Engineering Administration Manager
Experience
Minimum of two years in an administration role
Aviation background would be beneficial
Skills & Knowledge
Exceptional organisation skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of programs used in daily office administration functions such as Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent problem-solving skills
Aptitude for helping others
